The L&D team and the senior management team work closely together to run the Consultant Development Training Programmes helping our consultants to achieve and exceed their goals. With one of the most comprehensive training schemes in the industry, we expect in return hard work and commitment. Innovative, comprehensive and market leading, our CDP is delivered to you through practical and theoretical training both at your desk and in the classroom. The information comes from Managers, Directors and our professionally qualified training team, and is based on the practical information that you need to be successful throughout your recruitment career. The training is phased to ensure you get the relevant information when you need it, starting from your first day at Gravitas.
Gravitas ensures that you get the information you need checking that you are able to implement it with confidence and competence.
All Gravitas consultants have embraced the challenge of the CDP, utilising the skills gained through the programme to make money and secure promotions.
Training is continual at Gravitas – once consultants have completed the CDP they move to the next level of training. Whether you want to be promoted to a Team Leader, managing and mentoring your own team or move to the role of Principle Consultant and one ofthe top billers within the company, the support is there to ensure you achieve your career aspirations.
Our Senior Consultant Development Programme (SCDP) begins immediately after the CDP, and takes you to the point where you are consistently performing at an exceptional level, as well as mentoring newer consultants, taking them on the same journey that you yourself will have been through.
Our Management Development Programme (MDP) takes you to the next level in your career. It provides the training and guidance required for you to become a highly successful leader, teaching you how to manage, mentor and coach the performance of others. It combines high level theoretical knowledge with practical components that will enable you to achieve your full potential and get the best out of those within your team. The MDP provides you with the knowledge and skills required enhance and develop your career. Once you have successfully completed the MDP, the Senior Management Development Programme (SMDP) that provides the knowledge and skills to operate at the highest levels in our business. By the time you complete the SMDP you will be in a position to take responsibility for a large, complex part of our company at a strategic level.
