Royal recognition for Gravitas L&D
Gravitas joins a small group of businesses including RBS, Barclays, and Waitrose in being commended by Princess Anne for commitment to training and skills development.
We are among 40 organisations to recently be awarded with a Princess Royal Training Award, announced by the City & Guilds Group earlier this month.
The announcement comes after a rigorous selection process which started with a written submission supported by evidence and set against 3 Hallmarks of Excellence. Like the other 116 businesses that were shortlisted we were then subjected to a validation visit during which the assessors went through the evidence and held interviews with members of staff who had attended training programs.
Finally our application was assessed against the Hallmarks of Excellence by the Princess Royal Training Awards Commission, which comprised of HRH The Princess Royal and seven leading figures in the business and training community.
We are extremely proud to be honoured by HRH The Princess Royal as a business that is creating lasting impact by successfully linking skills development needs to business performance.
This recognition is testament to our dedication to training excellence which directly correlates to service excellence, stakeholder retention and business performance.
We will receive our award in a ceremony at St James Palace, due to take place this autumn.
